Our 200-hour yoga teachers training course in Nepal is taught by a team of well-experienced teachers, Sannyasi, gurus, and specialist on different subjects from Nepal and India. This high-quality yoga teachers training in Nepal is a comprehensive yoga instructor-training program, which is designed according to 200-hour requirements for registration with the World Yoga Alliance. After successfully completing this teachers training program, students will be eligible to be registered in the World Yoga Alliance and they can teach yoga worldwide.

Our course curriculum is designed with full dedication to the wide knowledge of yoga. This 200-hour yoga teachers training course consists of practical, theoretical, and homework based lessons. Out of 200 hours, 150 hours are contact hours and 50 hours are non-contact hours.

Under the contact hours, both the practical and theoretical parts are included and under the non-contact 50 hours, homework and pre-study are included so that students will gain confidence and a habit of self-practice. At the end of the course, students will take an exam – theoretical, oral, and asana practical.

After successfully completing the exam, all the students will be given the internationally recognized 200-hour World Yoga Alliance certificate and a unique ID number which allows them to join any other 200 Hour World Alliance Course for free within 3 years.

  • 06:30 – 07:30 Wake up and Cleansing
  • 07:30 – 09:00 Hatha Yoga Asanas Practice (led class)
  • 09:00 – 10:00 Breakfast and Study Break
  • 10:00 – 11:00 Asanas Theory and Teaching Methodology
  • 11:00 – 12:00 Ayurveda Theory/techniques Practice
  • 12:00 – 13:00 Yoga Therapy (Anatomy)
  • 13:00 – 15:00 Lunch and Study Break
  • 15:00 – 16:00 Yoga Therapy (Asanas) / Meditation
  • 16:30 – 17:30 Yoga Philosophy

Accommodation
