In 2015 I entered with my curious mind a shala in the south of the Netherlands.
I spent years of practice with my passionate teacher who has also a Zen background before I expanded my practice during traveling. I practice by fantastic KPJAYI teachers. Ken de Rolfer, Irena Bartolec and Ellen Johannessen.
I receive my diploma as an Ashtanga Vinyasa flow teacher in India and in recent years I was able to share my enthusiasm with many students in Bali, India, the Netherlands, and Nepal.
I’m an open-minded person who wants to learn from other people, cultures, and from what is happening around me and what’s happening inside me.
All levels are more than welcome in my class. Everyone must start somewhere someday.
