Our Retreat center has beautiful and clean rooms, a kitchen, yoga hall with all yoga props. We do Yoga asanas, Pranayama, Philosophy, workshops, meditations, and other events with monks and highly spiritual leaders.

- 2 Days 1 Night @ 80 $/person ( Private Room) and 75 $ ( Twin sharing)
- 3 Days 2 Nights @ 160 $/ Person ( Private Rooms) and 150 $ ( Twin sharing)
- 4 Days 3 Nights @ 240 $ / Person ( Private Room) and 225 $ ( Twin sharing)
Cost Includes
- Vegetarian Meals from Arrivle to Departure ( Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast depend on the stay-on program)

Day 1 ( Day First)
12 pm– Check-In, Welcome Tea, and Introductions
12: 45 pm – Meet at Yoga Shala Introduction to the program, breath exercise, and Tratak mediation
1:30 pm – Lunch and Rest
5 pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
7 pm– Dinner
8 pm– Yogic talk
9 pm – Sleep
Day 2 ( Day Last)
6:30 am– Wake up and Morning walk to Baudha Stupa
7:30 am – Cleansing Nose (Jal Neti) -Optional, Herbal tea
8 am– Hatha Yoga, Kapalvati, Agnisar Kriya, Asana, Pranayam, and Meditation
9:30 am – Breakfast
11 am– Sightseeing
1 pm– Lunch and rest
2 pm – Check Out!
