Itinerary
Day 1
10:30 am – Departure from Patan or Thamel
11:30 am – Welcome Tea, introductions, discuss the program, and check-in
12:30 am– Meet at Yoga Shala, breathing exercise and mindset meditation with strong Samkalpa (Resolve)
1:30 pm – Lunch and Rest
5 pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Class
7 pm – Dinner
8 pm – Yogic Talk / Sharing / Questions & Answers
9 pm – Sleep
Day 2
6:30 am – Wake up and Nasal cleansing (Jal Neti), optional. If you can wake up early you can join early morning monks prayers
7:30 am – Hatha Yoga
9:30 am – Breakfast
12- 1 pm – Yoga Philosophy
1:30 pm – Lunch and Rest (Free time)
5 pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Class
7 pm – Dinner
8 pm – TRATAK (Candle meditation) in Yoga Hall
9 pm – Sleep
Day 03
6:30 am – Wake up and Nasal cleansing (Jal Neti), optional. If you wake up early you can join early morning monks prayers.
7:30 am – Hatha Yoga
9:30 am – Breakfast
10:30 am – Depart on Hike to Caves / Temples/ Jungle / Farm
1:30 pm – Lunch and Free Time
4:30 pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Class
6 Pm – Departure
