Hatha Yoga Style is a gentle yoga Style open to all levels of Yoga Practitioners. This Yoga Class Starts sitting on easy postures (Sukhasana), long and deep 5 Breaths, consciously AUM mantra Chanting 3 Times, Kapalbhati Pranayama 3 rounds, Gentle yogic moves, Traditional Sun Salutation 12 poses 5 to 6 rounds, Standing Postures, Sitting Postures, forward bending, back banding, lie on abdomen postures, lie on back posture, simple inversions, Twisting, 3 Types of Breath exercise ( Pranayam) and Ends with Mantra AUM 3 Times.
